Afternoon thunderstorm on the border ranges Massive overshooting top builds a new anvil Thunderstorm becomes severe and exhibits massive backshear and overshoot Fresh updrafts push through the anvil
Storm doubles its size and becomes very high Storm now becomes supercellular and explodes upwards Very powerful updrafts build up the western flank Supercell at its most intense stage.  The storm reached an incredible 16km high
Not long after this the storm rapidly decayed
